Leipzig, Voss und Compagnie, 1800, (2),16 p., with 2 series of 12 identical numbered engr. plates of which 1 series is finely handcoloured to serve as example, 1 richly embroidered fine linen plate (the "Modelltüche" or sampler called for on the title p.) with blue paper background, accompanying plates XII, contemp. limp boards, obl. folio.

Occas. sl. foxed. Paper over spine and binding threads missing, resulting in contents loose in quires/ individual lvs./ plates; coloured plate VIII frayed and dustsoiled in upper margin; coloured plate XII with a few sm. tears, the embroidered linen plate worn in upper margin, its paper background frayed/ w. sm. tears in upper margin, and lacking a sm. portion of the lower margin. Covers worn and loose. Cf. Kat. d. Ornamentstichslg. Berlin 1529, only listing the first part, and part of the second. Ours is the very rare third part, with the even rarer sampler plate.
