Les XVII Provinces ou sont les Conquestes du Roy en Hollande et en Flandres, two volumes with their own title pages: 3a. Cartes et Tables (...) des Provinces Unies des Païs-Bas; 3b. Cartes et Tables (...) des Provinces Eschûës a la Reine (...) (Belgium), with a total of 76 double-page engraved leaves, contemporary calf (lacks top free endpaper, hinges torn and some other wear, but a good copy).
Rare as separate publications, even more rare in this combination. Contains: (1). Petites Tables Genealogiques touchant Les Droits et les Interets des Princes. Ca. 1670. With title (tender) and 13 plates with escutcheons and family trees.
(2). Le Monde Chrestien ou sont les Cartes des Archeveschez et des Eveschez de l'Univers. Ca. 1670. With title and 16 Roman-numbered maps: France (partly tender), Spain and Portugal, Netherlands and Belgium, Italy (complete) and Lombardy, central Italy and southern Italy, Germany, Scandinavia, Poland, Russia, Hungary and Transylvania, Great Britain, islands in the Mediterranean, Africa and South America.
