Series of 11 (of 12) etchings copied in mirror after the series by Della Bella, each 6 x 12 cm., each with "SdBella in" in the tail margin in the plate, numbered 2-12 in the plate, cordbound behind the (stained/ tanned) title of a similar work "Misere de la Guerre" by Jacques Callot (Paris 1636, reissue Amsterdam, Carolus Allard, c. 1700), total dimensions 13 x 18.5 cm.

Lacks the title of the series, the present title belongs to another series. Due to their similar sizes, the series are often found as a convolute. We assume that the series after Della Bella was also issued by Allard, possibly a pirated edition and rare as such (not in PiCarta).
