*Movie poster for a very early coloured silent movie by the brothers Pathé. It was called Living Flowers and shown in the first cinemas across Europe in 1906.
The brothers Pathé had been pioneers in film and cinematography since 1896. In 1902 they opened branches in Europe and expanded to the U.S.A., quickly becoming the largest film equipment and production company in the world. It is still the largest cinema chain in France, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
