"Papeterie" play set

(1) Early 20th-century French writing box for writing and storing letters. Cardboard with decorative paper, 31 x 18 x 15 cm. Containing various items, such as a miniature globe, two glass ink bottles, a blotter, a letter scale, a ruler and several envelopes and writing papers. Paper on globe rubbed. (2) "Poste Enfantine" box. Transcar-Paris, c. 1960. Cardboard with decorative paper, 33 x 21 x 18 cm. With miniature globe, stamps, ink pad, letter scale, bank notes, and several forms, and a map of france pasted on the inside of the lid. Lacking one stamp, a few items sl. worn.
