Ex libris verso engr. frontisp. Binding w. usual sm. imperfection, map of Bohemia glued on paper, otherwise a very good copy. The copper plates from the earlier editions were sold to English parties. Pieter van de Keere and Abraham Goos (for the world map and the continents) made a new set of copper plates. For the maps of the Dutch provinces Janssonius used the copper plates from the "Nieuw Nederlandsch Caertboeck" by Abraham Goos. Ref. Koeman-VanderKrogt III B p. 513-518.
