Manuscript atlas, calligraphed first leaf w. 4 diff. alphabets, 2 diff. series of numbers and "3me. série, Bois communal, Chênes bouleau", signed "C. Alan Octobre 1889". 18 double-p./ (large) fold. maps and cross sections in pen and watercolour. The greater part signed "C. Alan", orig. silver-lettered hcl. Large folio. Apparently, a few plates at the beginning were taken out; (vaguely) waterst. throughout, endpapers foxed, occas. a bit browned. Binding worn along extremities.

Nice and carefully produced manuscript atlas by a student of the École Forestière.
