Gecostumeerde voorstelling door de H.H. Studenten der Leydsche Hoogeschool den XI Junij van het jaar 1850. Leyden, J. Hazenberg Corns. Zoon en J.H. Gebhard & Comp., (1850), letter print explanation (8 p.) and hand-coloured lithogr. leporello consisting of 26 sections of 28 x 37,5 cm. (total length ca. 10 meter), loose as published in original blindtooled and gilt-stamped linen portfolio with 6 binding ribbons, oblong folio (very good copy).

Composite with, also about this arrival: Geschiedkundige Aanteekeningen (...); het Programma van den gecostumeerden optogt (...); de Historische bescrijving van den Intogt (...); het Verslag van de Feestelijke Maskerade (...),; De 11de Junij 1850 binnen Leyden. Brief aan eenen vriend; De burgerij aan de Studenten op Dinsdag 25 Junij 1850 and with various folding appendices (such as a ticket to the "Vauxhall" portrayed on the following print), bound between the original gilt casings of one of those publications (spine broken). It is the copy which belonged to Jonker Caesar van Kruijningen, Gouvernor -Commander of Tholen, etc., who also supplied the composit book with a hw. contents section and other annotations. And with: "Vauxhall van Burgers aan Studenten. Leyden 25 Junij 1850. Schets naar 't leven." Litho door C.C.A. Last, 32 x 42,5 cm.,published by the same editors as the above-mentioned leporello, under passepartout. (3 in total, fun and complete lot).
