8vo, leather binding, title, (6),396 pp. Binding with traces of use, stamp libr. District Grand Lodge Punjab on title, text somewhat tanned, else very good and complete. Rare. "Anderson’s Constitutions" is based on old Masonic manuscripts and on the "General Regulations", first compiled by George Payne in 1720. The first edition of the "Constitutions" appeared in 1723. A new and carefully revised edition was published in 1754 and was afterwards continued and kept up to date. Early copies rarely appear on the market.
