Julsing was one of the most talented post-war comic artists. He drew the Panda comic and he contributed to 27 Bommel stories (published in Donald Duck) before Piet Wijn took over the series. After his Toonder work, he drew comic stories in the '70s and made single cartoons such as this one. *Julsing's work does not often come up for sale.
