Several maps with edges protruding from the bookblock, margins trifle frayed; maps partly waterstained in top margin (particularly at the end); front cover damaged and hinges torn. The fourth volume from a series of five, in which a total of 72 plates appeared, often bound in a separate atlas. This volume treats the year 1693. Three plates depict an "Ordre de Bataille" (Tournai, Tourine and Neerwinde) and three plates (A-C, of which A and B coloured) depict "Plans de Bataille de Néerwinde". The remaining, partly coloured plates (numbered "Sectio 1" to "Sectio 16") are maps of Belgian areas under siege, such as Charleroi, Tournai, Grammont, Tirlemont, Condé, Mons, Tongres, Maubeuge and Philippeville.
