Signed and dated "24-1-1968" in ballpoint on the front cover. Very rare bundling of the pseudoscientific ideas of Nicolaas Kroese (see https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicolaas_Kroese), for which he charged 100 guilders. No copies in PiCarta! In 1939 Kroese founded the restaurant "D'Vijff Vlieghen", which still exists. This explains the name of his "publishing house".
