Mitsgaders de oude Coustumen die in den Hage geobserveert worden (...). Waar achter bygevoegt is de Zeestraat op Scheveninge door de Heer van Zuylichem. Amsterdam, J. ten Hoorn, 1711, 2 parts in one volume, (16),140,(4),104,(8);56 p., with engraved frontispiece, fine large folding, engraved profile and 7 (of 8) (folding) plates, frontispiece for "Zeestraet", contemporary vellum, 4to.

Here and there slightly tanned, lacks one folding plate (view of het Lange Voorhout), profile with minimal tear. The first edition of the first extensive description of the city. Bound together with: (2) J. van der Does. 's Graven-Hage, Met de voornaemste plaetsen en Vermaecklijckheden. The Hague, H. Gael, 1668, (10),143,(1) p., with very fine, large folding, engraved plan and 1 engraved view by C. Eland(t) (of 5). Lacks four plates and 3 leaves from the front matter; the large plan is (as is another copy we checked online) signed in pen by C. Elandt. This plan with some reparations but in very good condition. With: (3) Verzameling van Staats-Stukken, in de zaak van het Commando over het Guarnisoen van Den Haag. No. 1-3. No place, publisher or year (1785-1786?), 3 parts in one volume, (2),120; (2),4,43; (2),89 p., contemporary half leather, gilt back with morocco title shield and with 1 more (total of 4 works in 3 volumes).
