Large folio, later binding, marbled boards, marbled endpapers, allegorical frontispiece in copper engraving by Reinsperger after Preisler, handcoloured. Title page with handcoloured vignette, index and complete with 30 maps (cf. article by Robert H. van Gent: https://tinyurl.com/6kcayf9). Added an extra map: Kalendarium Juliano-Romanum Perpetuum, Matthias Seutter. Augsburg, c. 1740. The maps with antique and later colouring. Text and maps all on strips. Armorial bookplate F. de Valenzi. First and only edition. Good copy.
