Copper engraving with coloured outlines of the Seventeen Provinces with title in Latin at the top, an allegorical cartouche with the French title and a cartouche with scales with above the 17 provincial arms. Trimmed short along top and bottom. Small tear to middle fold and in map edge. Various water stains at bottom. Framed in mount under glass, 73 x 81 cm. Map 51 x 61 cm. Somewhat shabbily mounted.
