[Sebastian Münster] Lot with 7 leaves from the Cosmographie, of which one framed

(1) Antwerp and Den Bosch on one leaf, recto and verso from a German edition of the Cosmographie by Sebastian Münster. Circa 1560. Framed in mount under glass on both sides. Cityscapes 12 x 15 cm. with a smaller image of the city hall of Antwerp and 2 detailed initials, all in woodcut. Frame 42 x 32 cm. (2) A second identical leaf, browned with frayed edges. (3) A leaf with on one side a coloured plan of Antwerp with an image of the Duke of Alba and verso a similar view of Den Bosch as before. (1626). (4-5) A map of Holland, one coloured (and restored) and one b/w from a German edition from c. 1560. (6) A coloured view of Münster in Westphalia, browned and water stain, c. 1560. (7) A coloured map of the Duchy of Brabant, 9 x 13 cm., on one leaf (30.5 x 19.5 cm.), c. 1560. All in woodcut.
