Including 3 original agfachromes of Flavin's work and committee papers (with a few ann. in pen) of the Commissie Beelden in de Stad, Rotterdam. This committee included Wim Beeren who argued in favour of a Flavin project for lighting the pedestrian tunnel under the river Maas. The plan passed the committee in 1976, but was never realised due to lack of lack of money.
