Amsterdam, Hendrik and the widow of Dirk Boom, 1683, (8),726,(10) p., woodcut printer's mark on title p., contemp. overlapping vellum, 4to.

Partly vaguely waterst. in upper blank margin and in lower corner at the end, minimal other defects. Very good copy from the library of Mr. Harm van Riel (1907-1980), succesful Dutch politician, with his owner's stamp on inside front cover, below an unidentified 19th-century heraldic bookplate. Dekkers p. 99, no. 15; Zeylemaker p. 128. The original edition of this interesting collection of Dutch jurisprudence in 100 cases from 1640 to 1680, with a good index of all the cases at the end, for example: "Casus nonagesiumus-sextus.
