Cas Oorthuys (1908-1975)
Six silver gelatin prints, depicting war scenes. Each ± 49.5 x 39.5 cm and mounted on an aluminium plate. All with Oorthuys's stamp on verso, 2 photos with title in margin of plate, 3 plates with 2 wooden slats affixed to reverse.
Printed in the 1970s as part of a selection for an exposition at the Amsterdam Historisch Museum, from the family archives and selected by Lydia Oorthuys and Carry van Lakerveld (curator).
