Both vols. foxed/ browned; leaf Pp2 lacks a small portion of upper outer corner, some other sm. internal defects. Joints partly cracked and spines rubbed. Still an acceptable copy, in both vols. w. the owner's entry in pen (on lower pastedowns) of Andrew Fletcher of Saltoun (1655-1716), Scottish bibliophile, globetrotter, author of political works, member of parliament and friend of the philosopher John Locke. First complete edition of the Orationes, containing his collected works without the Republ. Hebraeorum' (see lot 420). And 3 Leipsic imprints of works by J. Carpov (1736), J.G. Sigel (1746) and J.A. Bach (1775). (total 5 works in 6 vols.)
