François Paul, baron de Lisola (1613-1675), of French origin, was in Imperial diplomatic service, a.o. ambassador for England and head of the envoy to Spain. Lisola defended Maria Theresia's rights to the Spanish throne and remained a pushing opponent of the French power throughout his life.
