[Plays] Five (very rare) titles: (1) Klucht van de Moffin, door Isaac de Vos

Gespeelt in d'Amsterdamsche Schouwburgh, anno 1644. Den vierden druck. Amsterdam, J.J. Bouman, 1657, (16) pp., woodcut title-illustration, threadbound without wrappers, sm. 4to.

Stained; second quire torn on spine. Extremely rare play, and no other copies of this edition traced. We found a copy of the third edition, also published in 1657. NCC lists a fourth edition published ca. 1720. Counterpart of "Klucht van de moff". (2) De regeerkunst, of wyze leermeester, Staatspel.In Nederduitsche vaarzen gestelt door J. Dullaart. Gespeelt op d'Amsterdamsche Schouwburg. Amsterdam, J. Lescaille, 1677, (8),72 p., woodcut title-vignette, modern wr., sm. 8vo. (3) Haagsche broeder-moord, of Dollle blydschap: treurspel [on the brothers De Witt]. Frederik-stad, Johan Ernst Smith, (1673), (4),112 p., woodcut of a sphere on title-p., 19th cent. giltlettered halfcloth, sm. 8vo. Bound with: (4) J. Oudaans Toneel-Poëzy. Behelzende Johanna Grey, Konradyn, 't Verworpen Huis van Eli, en Servetus vyfde bedryf. Amsterdam, Widow B. Visscher, and P. Visser, 1712, (16),294 pp., w. engr. frontisp. and 4 divisional titles each with engr. illustration. The divisional titles state that the plays were originally issud in 1648-1671. And 1 other 17th century play (1693). (total 5 in 4 vols.)
