Arnhem, M.J. Israël, 1963. Edited by Herman de Vries and Laurens D. Vancrevel. Stapled booklet, 21 x 15 cm, 40 pp., stencilled on blue and white paper. Unique cover with hand stamped red dots, title and number 000098. Contains an original collage by Herman de Vries, paint with glass beads on white paper, stamped on verso herman de vries/ reflektie. Also features a poem by Stanley Brouwn titled 'Berekening' (Calculation).

Slight edge wear and spotting on covers, mint interior. Four issues of PTL were released between 1963 and 1964. The edition size of the first 2 issues is unknown, later ones were made in an edition of 150. The magazine presented contributions by various artists and writers, initially in a Surrealist inspired vein.
