[KLM] Willem Bontekoe

Photo album 'De Plechtigheid op woensdag 19 januari 1955 in de regale abdij van Egmond en de kranswerping boven zee voor hen, die het leven lieten met de "Willem Bontekoe" R.I.P.' Photo album with photos of the text and several of the throwing of the wreath by colleagues over sea. The text was used for the farewell service. 34 pp. On back the order of the service ceremony, several wedding photos and a photo of a co-pilot, very likely one of those on board the plane.

Douglas DC-6B PH-DFO "Willem Bontekoe" crashed into sea on 23 August 1954 with 9 crew members and 12 passengers. None survived the accident.
