XIV), 155 engraved plates and 121 engraved portraits (incl. 2 extra), contemporary uniform halfleather, gilt backs with raised bands with morocco title shields, 12mo.

Volume 19 with divergent binding, in original cardboard; occ. minor defects, yet a very good, finely bound set. Not all volumes with plate index, those that do have one are complete with all listed plates. "Begonnen door Jacobus Kok en voltooid door Jan Fokke (...) door sommigen ook toegeschreven aan W. Irhoven van Dam" (v. Doorninck). With engravings by J. Buys, C. Bogerts and R. Vinkeles.
