[Theatre] Three titles in English with additions: (1) A short view of the immorality,

and the profaneness of the English stage, together with the sense of antiquity upon this argument. By Jeremy Collier. London, printed for S. Keble/ R. Sare/ H. Hindmarsh, 1698, (16),288 p., modern leather in old style, ribbed and gilt back with morocco letterpiece.

(2) Terentii Comoediae. Edinburgh, Hamilton, Balfour & Neill, 1758, XV,(3),252 p., contemporary calf, both boards with centered gilt arms of "Coll. Sanctae Individuae Trinitatis Reg. Elizab. Juxta Dublin". Slightly browned at beginning and end and with an old annotation on the edition in pen by E. Harwood on the free endpaper. Rebacked in old style by Brignell (Cambridge). Also with 3 old owner's names of members of the Lefanu family on the title page, incl. of Thomas Ph. Lefanu, to whom also the book was awarded as a school prize by means of a pre-printed prize filled out by hand on inside endpaper (owner's name and school prize dated 1800). With one more (early 19th-century children's book from the collection of Anne and Fernand Renier, binding defect). And with another 2 modern works on theatre added, incl. one with dedication by the author Len Conolly (total 5).
