in den straatweg van Amsterdam op Rotterdam (door C. Soetens). The Hague, printed by P.M. van Cleef for various publishers, 1844, 24 p., with folding, lithographed plate by gebrs. Van Lier after C. Soetens, contemporary wrapper (Knuttel 28158).
Affected by damp, wrapper damaged/ torn; (2) Le Guide d'Amsterdam. Avec plan et itinéraire. 10me année. Amsterdam, probably published by Bad- en Zweminrichting Th. van Heemstede Obelt, n.d. (1899), 3-16 p., with illustrations and large folding colourlithographic map, inlaid contemporary plan of Artis, original wrapper. Lacks the first leaf (title copied from front cover). The very fragile wrapper in two pieces, browned and with minor tears/ damage and tape repairs. Extremely rare city guide, the aforementioned Bad- en zweminrichting advertises on the wrapper and on each page in a strip at the bottom; (3) Herinnering aan Amsterdam in 1883. 16 colourlithographic plates and 1 double-page colourlithographic "Plattegrond van het tentoonstellingsterrein". Loose as published in the original envelope with colourlithographic title and printed on flap "Uitsluitend vervaardigd voor geabonneerden van het Nieuws van den Dag", 12 x 18 cm. (plan and envelope repaired with tape to folds). And with 10 various other works, incl. some documentation of the filling of the Rokin. (total 13)
