Three drawings: (1) Kuno Brinks (1908-1992). (Steamship in harbour)
Drawing in black chalk and black ink, 53 x 35 cm., monogrammed "KB" and dated 1926 (reverse with drawing of jug).
Minor tears, folds in corners. Work by a young Brinks, which already clearly shows his talent. From 1924 to 1928 Brinks studied at the Rijksinstituut tot Opleiding van Tekenleraren te Amsterdam (the RKD lists 1925-1991 as active period). This ship portrait was therefore undoubtedly produced in the Amsterdam harbour; (2-3) G. de Wit (20th cent.). (Ships in the harbour). Two drawings, both 27 x ± 50 cm., one signed "G. deWit" and dated '57 (traces of mounting). (total 3)
