[Desk accessories] Four items: (1) Horizontal table clock of tooled heavy messing,

replica after 17th-century example, 14.5 x 14.5 x 10 cm., with on bottom an opening lid providing access to the functioning clockwork with two wind-up buttons and hammer on bell (dial with some wear).

(2) Bookend made of tooled copper, decorated in rococo-style with C-curls, 19th century, height 31.5 cm.; (3) Box made of lithographed tin, central figure of Sappho (?), with in the background an active volcano, probably Italy, c. 1880, 13 x 8 x 2.5 cm.; (4) Leather folder, with incorporated in the front cover a (presumably older) painted vellum sheet with text "Quartiere di S. Croce e suoi gonfaloni" and four coats of arms, blindstamped back board, silk interior with inset pocket, 19.5 x 27.5 cm. (total 4)
