Drawing in pen and brush and grey ink, greywashed, 22.2 x 28.6 cm., titled in grey ink below the image and signed "J. Bosboom 1831" [Johannes Bosboom?] below the image.

Minor damage in top right corner and in bottom margin; traces of mounting/ mild staining verso. Possibly a very early drawing (possibly after a print) by Johannes Bosboom. The drawing would then have had to be drawn in his first year at the Akademie van Beeldende Kunsten in The Hague.
