Folio, vellum, blindstamped, title on spine in hw., title with large vignette in woodcut, (6),343 fol. = 686 pp. + register + 77 fol. = 154 pp. + register. This is the first scarce Northern-Netherlands edition (see Typografia Batava I. 2698 and 2699) of the complete works of Flavius Josephus in the literal translation by Evert Woutersz van Bommel to the German translation by Conrad Lauterbach [Strasbourg, Rihel, 1574]. Spine and corners damaged, light browning and waterstaining; else good copy. Rare.
