Drawing in black chalk, 33 x 25 cm., with many instructions for use of colours when finishing the design.

(2-4) (Utensils and instruments). Three study leaves with 18 small drawings in black chalk, one leaf partly coloured with watercolour, each leaf 26.5 x 20.5 cm. and with inscriptions regarding origins (incl. Batavia, Java, Borneo, Bali, Makassar and Buginese). And with (5) another drawing of a boy with mouth harp (dated 1921, damaged) and added (6) a drawing of a Javanese dancer signed "Chavannes" (dated 1949). (total 6)
