Magazine is a little known visual poetry periodical. Miller and Price mention Magazine briefly in British Poetry Magazines 1914-2000: no holdings are known, and its existence is only known through an advertisement. The mention of Holy Cow as its publisher suggests a connection to the periodical Holy Cow, which appeared just once in 1973. Peter Finch noted in the last issue of Second Aeon (1974), his renowned avant-garde poetry periodical, that Holy Cow was promising: "Bad production so far but very strong on ideas." The same could be said for Magazine.
