[Insektensekte] Mobiel deskundologisch laboratorium

Fantasy lab, consisting of a thermostat, glass tubes with seeds, batteries and a leave with signs and 'intravenous dips' in a selfmade case with glass front. 29 x 26 x 4 cm. Created by the Insektensekte and to be used during performances. The Insektensekte and Deskundologisch Laboratorium were founded in 1970 by Theo Kley, Max Reneman and Hub Mathijsen* together with a.o. Robert Jasper Grootveld. The ‘Deskundologisch Laboratorium’ was the first Dutch environmental action group. It chose to perform ad hoc in a ridiculing and playful way during the late 60s and early 70s.
