op de Schaal van 1/200,000. Vervaardigd op het Topographisch Bureau van het Departement van Oorlog. (Den Haag, Doorman, 1848), lithographed map chart with border colouring, pasted in 24 sections on 6 pieces folding cloth, total size ca. 170 x 142 cm., in sliding box, 36.5 x 28 cm. (= size of one section).

Cloth brittle/in some places torn along folds, the map itself sl. browned along folds. Portfolio has small part of spine missing. Rare, detailed map chart, whose publisher is mentioned by Picarta; on our copy, however, no address of Doorman can be found. Nice detail is that it lists the number of inhabitants in each municipality.
