Shocking, important photo series, numbered on the reverse in pen: 4, 7, 10, 14, 18, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27 and 31. The Oorlogs Verzets Museum Rotterdam has several photos from the same series (see beeldbank.ovmrotterdam.nl and search for Hulst). In the photos we see the famous forensic physician Dr. J.P.L. Hulst working at an excavation of decomposing bodies on a mass burial site. On the back of several photos, comments have been written in pencil: 7. "Het wegvoeren van de slachtoffers"; 10.
