Contributions in Dutch and German. Green cloth with gilt legend 'Poésie' on front board, gilt edges, 13.5 x 21.5 cm. With 5 scrapbook plates set in gold and lace-like borders of girls symbolising flowers, 23 small folding colour-printed scrapbook plates, set in gold borders with the letters of the alphabet depicting trades and professions, with more professions on the inside in 4 languages, 3 miniature cut-out medallion photographic portraits, of which 1 mounted and 2 loosely added. Contributions signed by A. van Ronendal, Anna Jutting and Agatha Turner at Zeist, 1863, one by Augusta Schönberg-Müller dated Madioen, 1869. Others are signed but not dated.

Binding sl. soiled, some staining on back board.
