Extraordinary deluxe copy in full leather. With calligraphed dedication with praise to fellow member and secretary of the state commission in question Dr. M.R. Heynsius van den Berg, signed in pen by the chairman (Rüell), all member and the assistant secretary (A.C. Josephus Jitta) of the commission. Also with tipped-in photographic portrait of chairman Rüell, with personal, signed dedication dated "juli 1918/ mei 1922". On the inside of the front cover the ex libris of Heynsius van den Berg. M.R. Heynsius van den Berg owned another copy, bound in half leather, that copy is currently on antiquarian offer.
