Dick Bruna/Marten Toonder/Bjørn Frank Jensen - Cartoon storyboard

Ca. 1960. Storyboard drawn in pencil, 20 x 13 cm., in 82 pictures with subtext, for an unreleased cartoon, probably for Veilig Verkeer Nederland - and a cartoon strip.

It remains unknown whether Bruna and Toonder ever collaborated. A beginning was probably made for the cartoon, after which the project was sidetracked. An added strip with 4 pictures proves that there has been a later stage as well. The artist who made the drawings remains unknown; Jensen commissioned by Toonder after the characters by Bruna, or Bruna himself. *From the Jensen collection, drawn on Toonder studios paper.
