Volume 1 lacks the original Kaart van de Majorij, the inserted map in our copy is titled Nieuwe Kaart der Meierij van 's Hertogenbosch and comes from Hanewinckel's "Geschied- en aardrykskundige beschryving der stad en Meiëry van 's Hertogenbosch", Nijmegen, 1803. The second volume lacks leaves E4 and E5 (p. 71-74); with various smaller defects. Sold w.a.f. Rare set of the two volumes together in the original edition. A facsimile appeared in 1973. Anonymously published reports in 44 letters of two hikes through the Meierij van Den Bosch at the end of the eighteenth century. With views of Den Bosch, Vught, Boxtel, Eindhoven, Helmond, Gemert, Oosterwijk, Tilburg, Hilvarenbeek, Oorschot, Oss and St. Oedenrode.
