[Arbeidsdienst] Lot with ca. 150 original documents related to the Arbeidsdienst,
all from the war years, incl. letters, stamped documents, enlistment cards, exemption papers, (unused) stationery, small recruiting publications, etc., etc.
Highly extraordinary and diverse collection, contains for example: (1). N.S.K.K. Gruppe Todt. Abschnittführung-West - KW-Staffel 60. 1 Abendessen. K. 720 (food voucher, 2.5 x 7 cm.); (2). Arbeitsbuch für Ausländer, work passport photo of electrician Jacobus van Petten (born 24 January 1924), issued on 16 March 1944, metal turner at F.P. Krüger; (3). Dienstausweis with passport photo of concrete worker Willem Kloot (born 13 Aug. 1917) issued on 5 May 1943, "Angehörige des Wehrmachtgefolge" and (5) a Kriegsurlaubsschein of the same, issued on 18 January 1944; (6). Order for attendance on 5 January 1943 and reporting in camp 123 N.A.D. Hooghalen addressed to W. Job (born 10 July 1925) by the commander of the Nederlandsche Arbeidsdienst L.A.C. de Bock; (7). Proof of disability for service with the Nederlandsche Arbeidsdienst issued on 25 August 1943 to H.A. Starrenburg (born 21 December 1925) by the head of Aanmeldingsbureau IV, hopman B. Porsius and (8) an unused similar license; (9). An Opbouwdienst-ID card with passport photo of J.C.J. van Vilsteren (born 20 March 1907); (10). A series of 10 card vouchers for various provisions for E.J. Becker, employed at Dessau; (11). An "Einsatztab NSDAP" (paper wage bag, 6.5 x 12.5 cm.) for M. Jonkman for the sum of 30,-; (12). Four typed letters to W.C. Brouwer of the Nederlandsche Arbeidsfront (2x) and the Nederlandsch Verbond van Vakvereenigingen, 1942 (2x) and various other official letters, (unused) forms concerning those organisations, the Opbouwdienst and the Nederlandsche Arbeidsdienst.
