Nearly complete first volumes (starting 1947) of the "V.D.H.tje", weekly news magazine for the personnel of Van der Heem N.V. Den Haag + dozens of documents, lists, brochures and photos.

From the documents it becomes clear that Van der Heem was an exploratory business in terms of human resources. Among the documents a lecture by professor E. van Emden arguing for more discipline and higher production - and a document on personnel management in the US.
