[N.S.B.] Collection of 27 various pieces of typed/ stencilled correspondence/ reports,

dated 1936-1943, partly carbon copies, mostly provided with signatures in pen or stencilled signatures, all more or less A4 size.

Including several pieces concerning the Nationale Jeugd Storm. Incl.: (1) Copy signed in pen of a typed statement by the commander of the former Vrijkorps Rost, J. Staas Muller, dated 19 November 1940, concerning the remark by Wachtmeester Giezenkam of the W.A., about the plot by the Vrijkorps to kill Mussert, and his disbelief at the fact that members of the former Vrijkorps Rost are being admitted again to the W.A. One of only three copies, almost certainly the copy of Heerbanleider Feenstra, with a short pencil annotation indicating that Hopman Vermeulen (who also received a copy) is dealing with the case, dated 26/11 '40. The copy of Rost van Tonningen himself is located at the NIOD; (2-3) Two letters with initials by the Hoofd Afdeling Sociale Zaken, W.O.A. Koster, aimed at the Nederlandsche Volksdienst and the Provinciaal Voorzitter of the N.S.N.A.P., Mr. Kok of Veendam. One of these (addressed to R. Meijer of Kringhuis N.S.B. Veendam) states that N.S.B. members are not to attend Volksdienst meeting as long as Kok is its chairman; (4) Typed report of several conversations regarding the aforementioned issue, the "Krach" of the N.S.B. with the N.S.N.A.P., signed in pen by J.H. v.d. Wal (Koster's secretary), dated "20 Herfstmaand 1941"; (5) Report by Heerbanadministrateur M.A. van Ellinkhuizen and signed by him, to J.E. Feenstra, concerning a violent confrontation between a team of 40 to 50 armed members of the N.S.N.A.P. and 10 N.S.B men, in which the latter of course dealt with the former: "flink hebben afgedroogd", dated "20 Herfstmaand 1941"; (6) Stencilled invitation to the Weerafdeling of Heerbannen 3 and 4 for a Christmas meal, dated 22 Wintermaand 1941, signed by Heerbanleider J.E. Feenstra; (7) "Rapport over een bijeenkomst van de W.A. en Mussertgarde, gehouden op 26 Juni 1940 in Café Clara, Apeldoornschenlaan te Den Haag." Typed report by J.D. van Slingerlandt and signed by him in pen, dated 27 June 1940, with stamp of the W.A. Stafkwartier (arrived 28 June, reply on 29 June). (total 27)
