Lot with 10 books (partly empty address books) filled with handwritten recipes by Annie Maarschalk. Written between 1904 and ca. 1950. Altogether more than 1000 pages with recipes, nearly all written out. Examples include Stokvischschotel, Vleeschpudding or kruisbessenjam. One of the books is filled with war recipes, mostly taken from newspapers and magazines. Also several other recipes/ instructions such as facial massage, homemade wax and for dry skin.
