Tirée des meileeurs auteurs de ce siecle, par Jacques Peeters. Antwerp, the author, 1692, (4),82 p., with handcoloured engraved frontispiece and 40 (of 42 or 43) double-page/ folding engraved maps by J. Harrewijn, all with coloured outlines and cartouches (incl. celestial chart, world map and maps of the continents), 1 folding plate of a globe, later full leather.

Lacks last two text pages (index and privilege) (custode on p. 82 very slyly scratched off). Lacks also the two maps of Malines and le Marquisat d'Anvers (1 or 2 maps?) and those of the Philippines and the Maluku islands (1 map, according to the index of the copy available online. In that copy and another copy traced by us no separate map of the Antwerp area appears, while in the same way the two maps of Zutphen and Gelderland are indicated. Here and there some dampstaining or other minor defects, else good.
