Honkoop, 1799, (4),II,53 [=253],(3) p., with handcoloured, engraved frontispiece, 22 folding, handcoloured engraved maps and another 2 folding, handcoloured plates, contemporary marbled calf, gilt ribbed back with morocco letterpiece.

Several maps slightly browned/ duststained and frayed in folding margin; several maps with antiquely repaired tear. Top endpapers have been replaced, binding restored on spine and corners. Still a fair copy with contemporary owner's inscription of (J. de) Landtsheer (possibly the portrait painter) on half title and reverse frontispiece. (2) Atlas des enfans; ou Méthode nouvelle, courte, facile et demonstrative, pour apprendre la geographie. En XXII cartes enluminées, avec une nouveau traité de la sphere (...). Amsterdam, J.H.
