Several leaves loose/ tender and leather with some traces of use, yet a good copy with owner's stamp of H. Deneux ("Architecte du Gouvernement") on the half title. The finely illustrated work illustrates the function of linear perspective in a series of 40 "problems" (part 1) and the function of shadow perspective in a series of 37 "problems".
