Japin (Amsterdam, both volumes of the 2nd series with his label), large 8vo.

Here and there foxed as usual. Top hinge of the last volume broken on inside; several spine ends worn/ with small tear. Still a good set of the original edition, with ex libris of W.M. Pitlo van Rooyen on the inside of all boards and owner's name P.J. Dedel with various precise dates in 1859-1861 on free endpaper; (2) Beknopte geschiedenis der stad Hoorn, en verhaal van de stichting, voltoojing en verfraaijing van de Groote Kerk, tot op den brand, die haar vernielde op den 3den augustus 1838. Door C.A. Abbing. Hoorn, Gebr.
