Pre-printed, else filled out by hand, dated Aranjuez, 5 February 1795, signed "Yo El Rey" below the text and by the writer Manuel de Negrete, y de la Torre, concerning a unit of the Infanteria Walona and the persons Eduardo Wicart de Boearme and Augusto Baron de Overschie, bifolium only printed on the first page, on reverse thereof with short annotation in manuscript dated Madrid 7 February 1795 and signed Juan de Pina y Ruiz, 30.5 x 21.5 cm.

Several folds, small tears covered with tape, mild foxing.
