Chinese miniatures, 19th century

Modern album, 4to. (285 x 240 mm.), half green morocco, typographical motifs on spine in gilt stamping, marbled boards, new endpapers. 12 miniature paintings in colour with coloured embroidery on tree leaf with clearly visible veins pasted on 12 leaves, all protected with blotters, each time 2 figures per painting and 6 with one of these on horseback. Tree leaves reverse heartshaped.
